Wedding Shoes DIY

Just like the wedding dress, most brides would also pay special attention to their bridal shoes. There are so different types of shoes to choose from but for Trinity Bride, she choose to modify a pair of her cream colored 2.5 inches heels for her actual day. I have this pair of rarely wore heels sitting in my shoe cabinet for almost a year. I thought of wearing it for my wedding day but I found that the flower decoration on the heel actually dropped off.  Removing the flowers off the shoes, I thought they were just perfect for the wedding. I don't usually wear heels on a general day and I don't want to writhe in discomfort in a new pair of heels on my photoshoot and wedding day. To me, comfort is the foremost important thing on such an important event. Plus, the dress is so long, who is going to see my shoes?  I could just leave the shoes as it is but I found a piece of old lace from my mother's stash....Isn't there a saying that says "Somethin...

Shoes to kill for

I came across this pair of shoes and find it highly suitable for weddings. The design is classic and vintage. And its in lace. Simple, elegant and nice. I love to get a pair of these. shoes from badgley mischka

The perfect wedding and more than what a bride can wish for (REALLY!)

Its been 8 days after my wedding. Everything still seemed so surreal. The wedding ran smoothly and perfectly. And i felt like a superstar with at least 5 cameras shooting me at any one time excluding the videographer. :) Nearly had a heart attack when the make up artist was late. Agreed time was 6.50 am and earlier. As my mum insisted that i must be out of the house before 9 am. The PGs and VG had all arrived and still no sight of the MUA. *Hopping mad*. Fortunately, the gate crashing is short and sweet. (Send my love to my dear bridemaids) The bestmen never knew the doors ain't locked since the beginning. Funny how gentlemanly they all were. The other minor set backs on the actual day was the bride suffering from lack of sleep. So my efforts of sleeping early for the week went down the drain. And i still ended up with puffy eyes. This cannot be helped as i seriously couldn't sleep the night before the wedding. Sigh! And of course my clasp behind my gown had to give way...

Anna Nucci - Italy

I've been on a lookout for bling bling diamante shoes for some time. After window shopping for some time, i still came back to this brand. As it is the not so expensive and still bling, bright and shining. Some places i visited include paragon-metro and takashimaya. The prices are somewhat similar. The ones at Takashimaya is extremely expensive though. I also did take a look at Essex walk and Leaping lizards the made to measure shoes. After my encounter with made to measure (MTM) wedding gowns. I have to think doubly hard on anything that requires MTM. There is another pair that i was laming for from the same shop. I love it because the heels are encrusted with blings too. And the price difference is like S$10. In the end, i purchased the current pair that i wore for the photoshoot. Glad i did buy this pair because the front of the other pair is wider and my feet is prone to slipping out from the front. Shoes: S$138.90 Solitairebride's review: The shoes are really...
