The Food

Some of the food displayed during the wedding show. The food looks very appetising and enticing. Really quite value for money.

Braised Slice Abalone and Sea Cucumber with seasonal vegetables

Stir-fried Scallop with spicy sauce and deep-friend Yam Pear

Stewed duck with Five Treasures

Deep Fried Spare Ribs glazed with Honey

Mandarin Oriental Lobster and Prawn with Seafood roll
I had my eye on this. It look so presentable and yummy.

Bake Fillet of Cod in superior Teriyaki sauce

Crispy mini buns with Chilli Crabmeat sauce. I totally drool over this dish. I find this very different from the menu offered.

The desserts are what impressed me the most. Particularly so for a sweet tooth person like me.

The dinner menu can be customised by selecting one course from each category. And they are all so unique. Looking at the dishes alone already tempt me beyond words. A specially concocted mocktail will also be served to your guests at the reception.

And if you want, you can serve a interesting starter for your guests. Don't they look pretty?

The Bridal Suite

Wake up to a sumptuous breakfast with a beautiful view or for your pre-wedding snack

A delicious cake awaits you at your suite after the wedding.

The view that awaits you in the morning. Cool huh!

A very inviting tub for the wedding couple. The room is also equipped with an escape door for the groom.

Others

Room for tea ceremony

Room for ROM

Some of the wedding favours for 2009

The favours are quite unique. I really like the heart shaped spoon which is extremely useful for baking.

The flowers for you to select for your wedding

For Oriental, i find the staff very friendly and helpful.
The chef who was there also keep encouraging me and my boyfriend to try the food. I must say we are very impressed with the whole setting, the food and the bridal suite.

If not for the steep pricing, we would have signed for a package right on the spot. This is definitely my venue of choice for a perfect dream wedding.
